Join N.C. Cooperative Extension at the Crossnore Community Garden for a look into different trellising techniques. Trellising provides an important boost to vining plants, saves space, increases airflow to prevent disease, and much more. We'll demonstrate cattle panel arch installation, woven, line and other field style trellising, as well as more traditional trellises for raised beds. Tomato caging, plain staking and tree planting will also be discussed.
