Have you ever wanted to be more involved with 4-H Youth programs? Or perhaps you think you'd make a great Community Gardener or Master Gardener? At N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County, we appreciate our volunteers for all they do to make Forsyth County AMAZING. Our volunteers have diverse areas of expertise and work with us in many roles from leading 4-H Clubs and Community Gardens to educating citizens and helping plan for events. In the last year, our volunteers have helped us:
- Plan events
- Educate Forsyth County youth and adults
- Grow community gardens
- Judge 4-H Talent Shows and record books
- Lead 4-H Clubs
- Maintain gardens and the Arboretum at Tanglewood Park
- And much, much more!
This 1 hour session will go over volunteer opportunities and how you can get involved in the community!
