Whether you are new to gardening or have been growing for a while, there’s always something to learn. This season, NC State Extension Master Gardener volunteer Bob Le Pere will be teaching “Gardening for Everyone” at the Paddison Memorial Branch Library in Kernersville (248 Harmon Ln, Kernersville, NC 27284).

Vegetables

Classses in the Gardening for Everyone series will teach best practices for managing a successful garden from start to finish. Topics will include planning your garden in each season, planting from seed, maintaining healthy soil, dealing with pests and disease, efficient harvesting, succession planting, and other garden management topics as requested. Learn from Bob’s many years of garden expertise, as well as from other gardeners in the area.

Gardening for Everyone will be held on the second Tuesday of each month from February through September at 10 a.m., as well as the following Thursday evening at 6 p.m. The 2025 series will begin on February 11 and 13. Registration for each program will be available on our Eventbrite page as the class dates approach. Walk-in attendees will also be accomodated as space allows.
