Why Learn?

A bleeding injury can happen anywhere to anyone; Farmers and gardeners handling heavy or sharp tools and equipment are no exception. Life-threatening bleeding can happen for people injured in a variety of serious accidents or disasters. You have the power to become an immediate responder by learning how to control bleeding with Stop the Bleed training!

What You’ll Gain from the Course

The person next to a bleeding victim may very well be the one who’s most likely to save him or her from bleeding to death. By learning how to control bleeding, you’ll gain the ability to recognize life-threatening bleeding and act quickly and effectively to control bleeding once you learn three quick techniques. Take the Stop the Bleed training course and become empowered to make a life-or-death difference when a bleeding emergency happens.

Join certified instructor Crystal Cook-Marshall for an interactive lesson on tourniquet use and general first aid that can be used on farms and in gardens.
