The Forsyth County Land Summit Zoom Workshop held on Thursday, March 28, 2020, provided participants with the opportunity to learn about government and utility regulations which may affect land use. Representatives from Forsyth County government, Winston-Salem Forsyth City County Planning, NC Department of Transportation, Duke Energy, and Piedmont Natural Gas made presentations and answered questions from the audience. A Google Folder is available with resource materials from the presenters and copies of the presentations. The workshop was recorded and can be watched online. Contact Mary Jac Brennan at mjbrenna@ncat.edu for questions.

There will be additional Land Summits offered later in the year.
