Collapse ▲There will be a pesticide safety school in Winston-Salem on March 11-12, 2020, at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, 1450 Fairchild Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. Pesticide school is for people who wish to obtain an NC pesticide applicator license.
Pesticide school lasts 1 ½ days, starting at 8:30 a.m. each day. Please arrive early if you need to register for the school. Pre-registration is recommended, as the school may fill up. You can pre-register for the school and order manuals online. It is recommended that you order manuals early so you can review them before the school. Please allow at least two weeks for the manuals to arrive. Download the manual order form if you prefer to order by mail. Payment for pesticide school and pesticide manuals should be paid to NC State University.

The pesticide exams will be held at 1:00 p.m. on the second day of the school, October 23. Pesticide exams are administered by N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and exam registration must be completed separately from registration for pesticide school. Pre-register for the exams. Payment for pesticide exams should be paid to N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS).
