Celebrate Nutrition Month with N.C. Cooperative Extension & the YMCA!
Looking to refresh your wellness routine? Join us at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA on March 3rd at 12:00 PM for an interactive nutrition session. This collaboration between N.C. Cooperative Extension and the YMCA focus on making healthy eating accessible and flavorful.
Virginia C. Lopez, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent will be present on how to take control of your health without giving up on the joy of eating delicious foods.
Participants will enjoy a complimentary taste test and practical tips for everyday nutrition. This event is free and open to everyone—no YMCA membership is necessary.
