Join N.C. Cooperative Extension for our monthly Extension At Home Series and discover the core principles of mindful living. This practical session aims to demystify mindfulness and explain how it can improve your life based on its Seven Principles. You will learn and practice simple techniques to bring greater calm and focus into your daily routine.

This workshop is part of the 2026 "Extension at Home" Virtual series, brought to you by a collaboration of N.C. Cooperative Extension Agents across the North Central District. This series will feature a new topic on the 2nd Tuesday of each month related to Family and Consumer Sciences.
