Discover how nature recycles with our Compost in a Jar activity designed for ages 5–11! Kids will layer soil, food scraps, leaves, and other natural materials in a clear jar to create their own mini compost system. As they observe the changes over time, they’ll learn about decomposition, microbes, and how compost helps the environment.
