Forsyth County to Hold Fun Fest on Sept 23

Forsyth County Government will hold its Third Annual Forsyth Fun Fest that will include a job fair and free food on Saturday, September 23, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on the Health and Human Services Campus, 799 N. Highland Avenue in Winston-Salem.

The event will also feature games, raffles, back-to-school immunizations, voter registration, music, kids' activities, COVID and Flu vaccinations (if available), STD testing, bookmobile, fire truck tour, ambulance tour, sheriff vehicle display, information on benefits and services, and more!

The Fun Fest is an opportunity for Forsyth County Government to connect with the community and for residents to learn about county services, some of which will be offered at the event.

N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center will be on hand to talk about:
  • Water pollution and soil filtration
  • Smoothie Blender bike (physical activity and nutrition)
  • Joining 4-H
  • How Can Cooperative Extension Help You?
