Join N.C. Cooperative Extension for a vibrant culinary journey as we kick off Hispanic Heritage Month!  Our Extension At Home Team is celebrating the rich histories, diverse cultures, and incredible contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. To honor this celebration, we are heading into the kitchen to share the soul of Hispanic heritage—its incredible, diverse food.

Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a curious beginner, our online presentation will guide you step-by-step through authentic recipes that bring the bold, traditional flavors of various Hispanic cultures right to your table. Discover the unique spices, staples, and cooking styles that define these rich culinary traditions.
