Collapse ▲IPM – Integrated Pest Management
Pest and disease pressure requires a strategy. The IPM strategy takes into consideration the entire ecosystem and thinks about long-term consequences. What actions will produce the long-term prevention of pests or their damage? Techniques such as biological control, habitat manipulation, modification of cultural practices, and use of resistant varieties can work together.
