Youth ages 11-18 are invited to work with county 4-H staff to complete a 4-H application, create a job resume, and a video essay before going through a virtual Interview,  This process is also known as AIRE (Application, Resume, Electronic Video, Interview). Registration will begin on May 1st and run through June 10th in 4-HOnline.  Youth must be enrolled AND approved in 4-Honline, then click on events on the left-hand side before clicking on AIRE and following the steps to register. You may access AIRE Program Information and resources here. It’s a great opportunity for NEW and experienced members to develop career and college readiness skills. Youth will then schedule a virtual interview with the State 4-H Staff and judges. The anticipated dates for interviews are from June 27 – July 15.
