It’s that wonderful time of the year when we all enjoy homemade treats. If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy eating jams, jellies, sweet butters, or have ever considered gifting sweet spreads as a holiday gift then this is the workshop for YOU! Join us to learn how to make your own sweet treats and gift others with the holiday sweetness.

When: Friday, November 12, 2021, 10 a.m.–noon EST
Where: N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center

This workshop is a Safe Plates Home Food Preservation Workshop and it is designed for those who wish to gain knowledge on how to make various sweet spreads such as jams and jellies in their home kitchen. This curriculum teaches on the differences in sweet spreads, their safe preparation, and how to prevent spoilage.

This will be a great workshop for the holiday season! Registration is required and limited to 14 in-person participants and is available online.
