Did you miss the Med Instead of Meds Program Series in July? No problem, it’s back by popular demand for the holiday season! TWO SESSIONS will be available online and cover the same material.

The Med Instead of Meds class series will help you Go Med by exploring 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way even during the holiday season. Did you know that on average people gain between 1 to 5 pounds each holiday season from November through New Years? It’s easy to do because of all those delicious holiday foods but challenging to lose it. But, with the Holiday Med Instead of Meds Program Series you will learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day and maintain, not gain, during the “most wonderful time of the year.” It’s great tasting and good for you! The simple, delicious and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more.

Session 1 – November 1, 2021–December 13, 2021, on Mondays, noon to 1 p.m.- holiday week off
