The Adult Education Series at the Arboretum and Gardens at Tanglewood Park is a monthly educational series for home gardeners. We hope you’ll join us for our classes in May and June! At this time, we are continuing to offer these programs virtually.

Each class will be offered on Wednesday at 11 a.m. The classes are free, but registration is required. Registration for each session will open 2 weeks prior to the class date on our Eventbrite page. For questions or assistance with registration, please call our office at 336-703-2850.

May 5, 2021: Daylilies

This class will offer a how-to on daylilies. Daylilies add color, shape, size, and fragrance to the garden. This class will be taught by Pat Mansfield, owner of Mansfield’s Daylilies. Register on Eventbrite

June 9, 2021: Gardening for Butterflies

Learn how choosing and growing the right nectar and larval host plants will ensure butterflies visit your garden from early spring through late fall. Harriet McCarthy, Master Gardener℠ Volunteer in Forsyth County will present this class. Register on Eventbrite
