Canner Lid Testing
Spring is here and canning is just around the corner!
Canners need to be tested every year before canning season starts. This is an opportunity for you to bring your canner lid to have it tested. Pressure canners are used to preserve fruits and vegetables, and meats. Food safety is a priority and we want to be sure your canners are working properly. N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center is offering you this opportunity to have your canner lid tested and it only takes a few minutes.
