When things become stressful in our lives, our self-care routines get pushed to the back burner. Stress is inevitable, but how we react to it makes a difference.

Taking Care of You: A Self-Care Toolkit is an online program that focuses on making self-care a priority and why it is essential for managing stress. Here, you will learn more about sensory self-care and its role in stress management to help you develop a self-care toolkit using your five senses.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS FREE ONLINE SESSION

The class will meet via Zoom from 1–2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020. This session will be recorded for later viewing if needed, but live participation is encouraged.
