Summer Adult Education Series 2019

The Adult Education series continues at Tanglewood Park this summer with more opportunities to learn about gardening. N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, is pleased to offer these educational programs in partnership with Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers of Forsyth County.

We are excited to announce that we will be using Walnut Hall as a new location for some of the seminars. This will allow us to accommodate more attendees. Check the location for each program and watch for signs in the park. All classes are from 11 a.m. to noon. Please note that registration is still required. The topics and dates for 2019 are:

May 15 – Shade Gardens  Location: Walnut Hall

June 5 – Worrisome Weeds  Location: Arboretum Office

July 10 – Gardening for Wildlife with Native Plants  Location: Walnut Hall

August 7 – Composting at Home  Location: Walnut Hall

The Arboretum office is located behind the Manor House at 4201 Manor House Circle, Clemmons, NC 27012.
